1-YEAR WARRANTY
Each piece is crafted with care and is covered under a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes:
- Replacement of stones under 3mm
- Repair of broken prongs, bands
- Reattaching or reshaping earring posts
- Repairing chains or clasps
- Restoration of enamel, including re-enameling where needed
- Restoration of mother-of-pearl inlay
We operate from both London and Istanbul. For customers located outside the UK or Turkey, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The one-year warranty is included with all pieces; however, shipping costs are not covered.
This warranty does not cover:
- Sample or archive pieces (unless defective upon receipt)
- Loss of a piece
- Ring resizing
- Replacement of center stones
- Pieces repaired by a third-party jeweller
- Pieces purchased by a third-party jeweller
To process any warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies exclusively to pieces purchased directly from us.
