How can I track my order?
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
For made to order, custom-made and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
What is the exchange policy?
We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 days from the date you received your order. Pieces must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of UK and Turkey may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.
We are unable to accept returns on made to measure and engraved pieces.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewelry, please contact customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reimburse the funds of faulty jewelry - applicable for all orders.

You may order out of stock items by sending us a message. The production time for out of stock items is 2-6 weeks.
