How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it along the way.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

Güneş Deniz is a boutique brand, led by a small team. Each piece is handmade by craftsmen in small batches with care and intention, which means we do not offer express shipping like mass-produced brands.

Estimated shipping timelines are always kept up to date in the announcement bar at the top of our website. We kindly ask that you refer to this for the most accurate dispatch information.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • London: 1–2 business days
  • Rest of the UK: 2–3 business days
  • Istanbul: 1–2 business days
  • Rest of Turkey: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • USA: 2–7 business days
How long does it take for out of stock items to be produced?

Out-of-stock pieces are usually produced within 2–5 weeks, depending on the design. If you’d like a more precise timeline, feel free to email us.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

For made to order, custom-made and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

What is the return / exchange policy?

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 days from the date you received your order. Pieces must be returned in the original packaging. However, we don’t offer free return services.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of UK and Turkey may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.

We are unable to accept returns on made to measure and engraved pieces.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your jewelry, please contact customer service via info@gunesdeniz.co and we will reimburse the funds of faulty jewelry - applicable for all orders. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

Orders to the UK and Turkey are shipped domestically. We ship worldwide, though international orders may incur customs duties and taxes. While these charges are not our responsibility, we’re here to guide and support you through the process.

Warranty & Repairs

What is the 1-year warranty?

Each piece is crafted with care and is covered under a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes:

  • Replacement of stones under 3mm
  • Repair of broken prongs, bands
  • Reattaching or reshaping earring posts
  • Repairing chains or clasps
  • Restoration of enamel, including re-enameling where needed
  • Restoration of mother-of-pearl inlay

We operate from both London and Istanbul. For customers located outside the UK or Turkey, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The one-year warranty is included with all pieces; however, shipping costs are not covered.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Sample or archive pieces (unless defective upon receipt)
  • Loss of a piece
  • Ring resizing
  • Replacement of center stones
  • Pieces repaired by a third-party jeweller
  • Pieces purchased by a third-party jeweller

To process any warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies exclusively to pieces purchased directly from us.

What happens after the 1-year warranty?

Beyond the one-year warranty, we continue to care for your pieces so they can be worn for a lifetime.

We offer ongoing repair services at minimal cost, charging only what is necessary to cover the work. We do not profit from repairs, our intention is simply to keep your jewellery in its best condition for as long as possible. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some services are offered complimentary, always:

  • Reattaching or reshaping earring posts
  • Repairing chains or clasps
  • Reattaching links

What if I purchased from a third-party jeweller?

If your piece was purchased through a third-party jeweller, warranty coverage is managed by the original retailer. We recommend contacting them directly regarding your purchase.

Should you wish to have your piece serviced by us, we are happy to review it and offer repair options where possible. These services are subject to evaluation and may incur a fee.

How can I find my ring size?

You may find your ring size on the ring size finder page. Please contact us for further assistance.

Can I ask for custom sizes that are not available on the website?

Yes, you may contact us at info@gunesdeniz.co to request custom sizing.

How can I care for my gold-plated sterling silver jewelry?

We recommend the following tips to elongate the life of your product so it can continue to be passed down to the next generation.

• Gold-plated jewelry may tarnish when they come into contact with direct sunlight, water and chemicals. We recommend that you keep your jewelry away from any direct contact of water, perfume or cosmetics.

• Wear all jewelry after applying beauty products and perfume.

• If your jewels do come into contact with water or any chemicals, use a dry soft tissue or cloth to gently pat them dry.

• Store and carry your jewelry in it's box when not using for extra protection and longevity.

• Wipe with soft cloth for cleaning (sunglasses wipe cloths can do the trick). 

 

How can I care for my solid gold jewelry?

We recommend the following tips to elongate the life of your product so it can continue to be passed down to the next generation.

• Wear all jewelry after applying beauty products and perfume.

• If your jewels do come into contact with water or any chemicals, use a dry soft tissue or cloth to gently pat them dry.

• Store and carry your jewelry in it's box when not using for extra protection and longevity.

• Wipe with soft cloth for cleaning (sunglasses wipe cloths can do the trick).
